1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 777dc website accessible at https://777dc.io, including all games, services, features, and content made available through it.
• "Player" / "User" / "You" means any individual who registers an account on, accesses, or uses the 777dc Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player on the Platform, which allows the Player to deposit funds, place bets, and withdraw winnings.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳).
• "Real-Money Balance" means the portion of a Player's Balance consisting of deposited funds and confirmed winnings, exclusive of bonus credits.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits awarded by 777dc that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total amount a Player must wager before bonus funds or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal, expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process that 777dc may require Players to complete at registration or prior to processing a withdrawal.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money or bonus-balance stake placed on a game, event, or outcome available on the Platform.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone in which 777dc operates its support services and processes transaction requests.

2Acceptance of Terms

By registering an Account on the 777dc Platform, by logging into an existing Account, or by placing any Bet or Wager through the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and understand their content.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You understand that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money deposited into your Account.

3Eligibility & Age Verification

Use of the 777dc Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 777dc does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an Account or place any Bet on the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not acting under any form of legal disability that would prevent you from entering into a binding contract.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, agent, or consultant of 777dc, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the Platform or had an Account permanently closed by 777dc for breach of these Terms.

777dc reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Acceptable KYC documents include a government-issued national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate. Until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed, 777dc may restrict a Player's ability to deposit, wager, or withdraw funds.

Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be permanently closed without notice. All funds in such an Account, including any winnings generated, will be forfeited. 777dc cooperates fully with applicable authorities in cases involving underage gambling.

4Account Registration

To access real-money gaming on 777dc, you must register an Account. The following rules apply to Account registration and maintenance:

• One Account per Player: Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) Account on the Platform. Creating duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated Accounts being suspended and all Balances being forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and active mobile number. You must update your Account information promptly if any of these details change.

• Contact Information: 777dc may use the email address and mobile number registered to your Account to send transactional notifications, security alerts, and promotional communications. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.

777dc reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. The Platform also reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.

5Deposits & Payment Methods

All deposits on 777dc are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT ৳). The following terms govern deposits made to your Account:

• Accepted Methods: 777dc currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), and City Bank. The list of accepted payment methods may be updated from time to time at 777dc's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) is ৳500. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is ৳1,000.
• Own Payment Methods Only: You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties are strictly prohibited. Any such deposit may be reversed and the associated Account suspended pending investigation.
• No Deposit Fees: 777dc does not charge a fee for processing deposits. However, your payment service provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which 777dc accepts no responsibility.
• Processing Time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your Account Balance instantly in the vast majority of cases. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 1–3 business hours to reflect.
• Failed or Delayed Deposits: If a deposit is deducted from your payment account but does not appear in your 777dc Balance within 30 minutes (mobile wallets) or 4 hours (bank transfer), you should contact 777dc live chat support with your transaction reference number.

6Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 777dc Account are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 to any supported payment method.
• KYC Requirement: 777dc may require satisfactory completion of KYC verification before processing any withdrawal request. This is a one-time process. Once your identity has been verified, subsequent withdrawals are processed without re-verification unless there is a reason to suspect account security has been compromised.
• Withdrawal to Own Method Only: Withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as your 777dc Account. 777dc reserves the right to return funds to the original deposit method where this cannot be verified.
• Processing Times: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. Withdrawals to Rocket or Upay are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 1–3 business hours during normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonus play are only eligible for withdrawal after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been met in full. Any withdrawal request made before wagering requirements are satisfied will result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Balance.
• Right to Review: 777dc reserves the right to conduct additional security and anti-fraud checks before approving any withdrawal. During such review periods, the withdrawal may be delayed. 777dc will notify the Player if a review is being conducted and will aim to complete it within 48 hours.

7Bonuses & Promotions

777dc offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Each promotion is available once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise. 777dc reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility to Players who satisfy specific deposit, activity, or verification criteria.
• Bonuses may only be used on the game categories specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute to wagering requirements.
• 777dc reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any active bonus credited to a Player's Account at the time of modification will be honoured subject to its existing terms.
• If 777dc determines that a Player has abused, exploited, or attempted to circumvent the bonus terms — including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts, using arbitrage strategies, or placing opposing bets to guarantee profit — 777dc reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings and to suspend the Player's Account.
• Bonuses are offered in BDT ৳ and have no cash value until wagering requirements are fully met.

8Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the 777dc Platform are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The following terms apply to all game play:

• Each game is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before placing a Bet.
• All game outcomes are determined by independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by genuine physical processes supervised by qualified dealers. 777dc has no mechanism to alter game outcomes.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777dc Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Balances, and may be referred to the relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different personal details, IP address, device, or household.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Depositing funds using a payment method that does not belong to you, or using stolen or fraudulently obtained payment credentials.
• Attempting to launder money or proceeds of crime through the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players to achieve an unfair advantage in any game.
• Using any software, algorithm, exploit, or other technical means to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, threatening behaviour, or abusive communication toward 777dc staff or other Players.
• Attempting to access the Platform from a jurisdiction in which such access is prohibited by applicable law, while misrepresenting your location using a VPN or other obfuscation tool.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain without reporting them to 777dc support.

10Account Suspension & Closure

777dc reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period after a request has been made.
• A credible suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• A chargeback dispute initiated by the Player with their payment provider.
• An Account that has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
• A voluntary closure request submitted by the Player.

Upon permanent closure of an Account for a breach of these Terms, any Real-Money Balance and Bonus Balance held in the Account may be forfeited at 777dc's discretion, depending on the nature of the breach. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to Player misconduct (including voluntary closure), any verified Real-Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method after applicable checks are completed.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the 777dc Platform, including but not limited to the 777dc brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and all associated intellectual property rights, is owned by or licensed to 777dc. Nothing in these Terms grants Players any right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any 777dc intellectual property without the prior written consent of 777dc.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence terminates immediately upon closure or suspension of your Account for any reason.

12Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777dc's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777dc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the Player's use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought and whether or not 777dc has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

777dc does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Planned maintenance periods will be communicated to Players in advance where practicable.

13Privacy & Data Protection

777dc collects, stores, and processes personal data provided by Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

Personal data collected by 777dc — including name, date of birth, address, mobile number, and payment information — is used for the purposes of Account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable laws. 777dc does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with trusted service providers (such as payment processors and identity verification services) strictly to the extent necessary to provide the Platform's services.

16Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 777dc aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours (BST) and to provide a substantive resolution within 14 calendar days of receipt. All formal complaints must be submitted in writing to [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint — [Your Account Username]".

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation. 777dc's decisions on disputes relating to game outcomes determined by certified RNG technology are final, as such outcomes are verifiable and not subject to human override.
